We have a 24 hour cancellation policy – please view our salon policies page for details.

Bookings are strongly recommended to secure your preferred stylist and time, but we’ll always do our best to fit you in if we can.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early so you can relax, enjoy a drink, and be ready to begin on time.
