Salon Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand for our services, we require prior to booking an appointment you agree to our terms and conditions.
We require your credit card details. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and if you don’t arrive, the following charges apply:
$50.00 fee cut only appointment.
$100.00 fee cut & colour appointment.
This policy is to confirm your commitment to your scheduled appointment.
All Covid-19 safety procedures are in place.
If you have any symptoms at all PLEASE reschedule your appointment
Please use our hand sanitiser on entry to the salon
Hand sanitiser is available at each station
Please come on your own as much as possible to your appointment, as we are enforcing social distancing as much as possible
Please bring your own reading material as we are trying to reduce as much contact surface as possible
All surfaces, coverings and equipment are sanitized frequently

Your guest (referral) must be a new adult client to Rixon Hairdressing or not have visited for 24 months or more
Your guest (referral) must have a complete fully paid adult service in the salon and use their gift certificate.
Once this visit is satisfied your reward certificate will be delivered to your nominated email address.
You may refer as many guests as you wish, and you will be rewarded for each one who completes a fully paid adult visit.
