Stress Awareness Month has been held every April since 1992 to increase public awareness. The last 12 months have seen millions of us experiencing ever higher levels of stress due to the pandemic, and it is damaging our health.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Breathe in to the slow count of seven

  2. Hold your breath to the slow count of seven

  3. Breathe out to the slow count of seven

  4. Repeat this seven times

  5. Do it seven times a day
