It was my first time getting my hair highlighted, and I had a really great experience! Jade was professional, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. The haircut turned out even and nicely layered, and the foils were done with care—no discomfort at all. I thought that I wanted to change stylist, but decided to stay with her, and I’m glad I did.
